This website is a private portal for only homeowners and renters that reside at Towne Place. All community members may register for a user ID and password by completing the registration process. Registration may be initiated by clicking on the link called Register on the top bar of or the left panel of the Home Page under the blue LOGIN button. The registration requires personal information, telephone number, email address and Invitation Code. Once the Invitation Code is verified the user ID will become active and granted membership to this website.
This website contains information about the community, HOA and all deliverables produced by the HOA Board of Directors. After login, the user may download documents, as well as, read online information pertaining to the community. In addition, the community members may participate in a communication exchange with the Towne Place HOA and community members.
